non print

of late unable to print  bank statements/emails etc

will print  all in files/folders but anything like online  no do

 

the printer is a Samsung  scx 3200     and have downloaded the driver but to no avail  any suggestions

Have you recently had the windows 10 update in October ?

There have been reported issues with printers from this update but seemed more toward Hp printers.

 

Hopefully others will be along shortly to assist.????

That seems to a problem with a setting for your browser. What is happening when you click print?

In Chrome there is a setting to select your printer.

What does 'no do' mean? Spits out blank sheet? Throws up an error? Sits schtum doing bugger all?
