IATA approved airline dog crate

 Hello!

 

I am lookng for a IATA arrpoved airline dog carte for my dog, a 28 kg rabrado mix. 

I need L40"x W27" x H30 size or up.  

Where can I buy a cheap one (one site I found is 6000bht and it's too expensive) in Chiangmai or anyone who will sell the second hand one i?

 

Also I am looking for a place to stay in Chiangmai for about a Week from the 26th of this month (Feb) with  my dog where is a garden with a fence or a big carte in the garden.
