Thai, Cambodian venture to build data centre

Featured Replies

Thailand’s NTT Communications is partnering with local firm TESK Green to build a data centre in Cambodia to meet the needs of businesses and ease the country’s transition into a digital economy. Khin Marith, NTT Communications country manager, said the cooperation will boost the country’s big data capabilities.

“To support the country’s digital transformation and growth in the IT sector, NTT Communications’ Phnom Penh Office is teaming up with TESK Green to build a standard data centre in Cambodia,” he said.

The cooperation aims to meet the needs of the country’s growing business community, he said.

“NTT Communications has run data centres for more than three decades and it is the largest data centre holder in the world. “We have the know-how to operate and build data centres anywhere in the world and we can assist our local partner TESK Green to meet international standards in the construction, operation, and maintenance of the new facility.”
