Tatman95 Posted January 11, 2020 Share Posted January 11, 2020 Hello I need some advice on a immigration I overstayed my visa in Thailand for 96 day in 2018, eventually i went two the airport and payed the fine of 20,000 baht i received a red stamp in my passport and a number 1 in blue ink in the middle of the stamp is that a 1 year ban from entering Thailand the ban is now finished,I have just booked a flight two return two thailand but I’ve heard that I will not be aloud two enter am I blacklisted i was never arrested or deported 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ubonjoe Posted January 11, 2020 Share Posted January 11, 2020 You were banned from entry for one year from the day you left the country. You are allowed to enter the country now but may pulled to the side and be asked to show tickets out of the country, financial proof and etc. The problem you could have is boarding your flight if immigrations records still show you are banned from entering when the airline requests pre approval for you entry.
