I am married to a Thai and currently on a Non O issued in London. I have a work permit. I Have not yet decided if I will apply for a Non O extension in Bangkok or do a new Non O at Savannakhet but I understand for both I will need to show an income of 65,000 THB. What documents do I need to prove this?

Marriage extension only requires 40k per month, not 65k.

 

If you have been working in Thailand, your Thai tax return can serve as proof of income.

For extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai you need 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months or proof of 40k baht income.

If your income from working is 40k baht or more you can use it to prove your income. You will need to show your work permit and have proof of the income by way of tax payments.

The consulate in Savannakhet does no require any financial proof for a multiple entry non-o visa.
