yang123
My next 90 report date and date for extending retirement visa both fall in April. Ideally, I'd like to do both in a single visit to my local Immigration Office. Q: What is the leeway (i.e. due/expiry date in +/- days) for submitting applications for each? Thank you! ubonjoe
You can do apply for a extension of stay (it is not a visa) up to 30 days early or 45 days at some offices. The latest to apply is the last day. You can do a 90 day report up to 15 days early or 7 days after the report date including the report date in the count.
