Lost TM6 How do I make 90 Report?

Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anyone know the answer? Entry stamp is there but the TM6 is lost.

Many thanks for any help you may offer.

You can get a new TM6 at your local immigration office. Some offices may want a police report for the loss of it.

Do you have a copy of it? That could be used for a mailed in report. Or you could do it online using the number on it.

No problem at all. In case this is not your first 90d reporting, they have the number of your TM6 card in the computer. For a 90d report it is the only thing you need on the TM47 form. Just ask the IO for your number.

Next time you are leaving Thailand you make a new TM6 at the immigration when leaving.

I lost my Tm6 the woman at immigration told me off, nicely though ! Like early post the number is on the computer, she wrote the number down for me to put on the form next time.

Maybe you have an old immigration form you used earlier saved in your PC or phone. Those will have the TM6 number.

If the tm6 information is entered on a computer they will know where you are staying.Do they then cross check with local immigration that you have done your local report?
