BritTim Posted February 17, 2020 Share Posted February 17, 2020 (edited) No problem to cross the Friendship Bridge, get a Lao visa, enter Laos, then return to Nong Khai for a 30-day visa exempt entry. fourpack Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 Before 0800 you pay more for the Laos visa out of hours fee 1USD I believe. You need a photo to hand in with laid visa request form or they can take one again for a cost. The Laos visa form is obtained at window 2.
