What about them (not so) Smart Cars now then?

Remember All those BMW smart cars the bib went out and bought last year?

you know, the ones equipped with cameras and a laptop to check whether or not tourists had overstayed their visas?
(Yeah, them hardened criminals on a day or 2 overstay)

must have cost a pretty penny for one of those smart mobiles (and i bet they bought hundreds if not thousands nationwide).

kind of defeats the point when there are no tourists to harass on the streets now eh.

imagine what that money could have been spent on instead? You know, Like something useful!
