libya 115 Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya People: April 24th 2007 Motorbikes Collide on Third Road The Pattaya police were informed of an accident between two motorbikes at 2.15 am on 23rd April, which occurred on Pattaya 3rd Road and one person was seriously injured and the other had died instantly at the scene. On arrival the police found a Honda Wave and a Kawasaki Chopper in the middle of the road. Not far off, was the body of the Honda Wave driver. According to his ID, he is Mr. Anthachai, aged 22, an electrician who works in the Kratinglai area. The Chopper driver, Mr. Thawat, aged 26, is a cook at Garden Sea View Hotel. He was seriously injured so the Sawang Rescuers quickly aided him and took him to the hospital. Witnesses stated that the deceased was heading out of the Soi, he was not careful enough and collided with Mr. Thawat who could not brake in time so they collided. The police recorded the scene and statements. As for the deceased Mr. Anthachai, the police informed his relatives about his death and the motorbike’s insurance company should be responsible for the expenses.
