Charly2008
is there a service station from purapool in Thailand? actually the pool we got has this purapool Oxy UV Mineral. In general the water is nice and my wife and kids, as me like it, but from time to time due to whatever reason the chlorinator cell isn't working. The controller is on, but the cell not which results in no UV light on, no oxygen generation and of course no chlorination. it is a 60 cbm pool, keep the purapool on for 8 hours a day the max is 1.3 for chlorine, further the FCL and TCL is every time at exact the same level, should there be not a difference between them? How long have you hade the system? The system does a polarity change & then you won't see production in the cell. (This is to clean off calcium) Any cells need cleaning at least yrly or 6 monthly with detergent to take off oils & body fats as they stop the cells from working! Also a protection built in for when the salt goes below 1,500 it will turn off production to protect the cells! We do service. Where are you?
