Looking for easiest way from Sukhumvit to immigration at Muang Tong Thani via public transport please.

I think Taxi will be the only way there ????

 

OP, as I understand it there is a bus from victory monument think it's 161 that runs to CW complex then onto MTT immigration.

Or from Sukhumvit you could get the BTS to the very last station. Previously was Mo Chit but now has been extended. From there it would be a taxi.

You could also catch MRT to Chatuchak and grab a taxi.
