hi i hope you can help ....

i,ll be moving to los at

the weekend to live full time but i,ll be needing some important papers sent to me and maybe some cash , what is the safest way ? regestered post , u.p.s , fedex or is there any other safer way . and also to do the other way around from los back to u.k ...

DO NOT SEND CASH

Otherwise (except for your 'important papers' UPS or FedEx for them) the regular (airmail) post works just fine for us. 3-5 days from the UK, about 10-15 the other way. We've only 'lost' one letter in 3 years.

I've sent my parents address labels written in Thai with "Thailand" in English at the bottom, works wonderfully once you get them past the little old lady in the country post office.
