Krabi itself is not on a beach,Ao Nang is probably the pick of the beach resorts in the area,it has many resort hotels with pools and good choices of restruants, The central section of beach is a shelly but a short stroll to the south end you will find sandy area for swimming. hellohello Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 (edited) I would recommend some nice places on Ko Ngai (southern most krabi)- you have to come though Trang in the "green" season tho. Google: Thapwarin Coco's Cottage Ko Ngai resort Its very quiet here now- but still very nice and sunny.. for now.. Ao Nang is busier with more things open and YES! Railay is stunning!. good luck!
