TikTok clip of video call wedding ceremony sparks interest

A Thai netizen posted a TikTok clip of a “video-call” wedding ceremony, after the groom tested positive for COVID-19, urging the bride to enter self-isolation on the eve of their nuptials.

 

The 150-second clip, posted by TikTok user @jaybro238, shows the virtual ceremony, with both the bride and groom greeting guests via video call. The ceremony proceeded as normal, with the parents of both sides participating.

 

The incident was unfortunate, as the groom was found to be infected with COVID-19 just hours before the wedding.
