webfact
Picture: Thai Rath A trip out to buy some fancy fish turned into a drama for a father in Had Yai, southern Thailand. The dad had his son in a car seat and had been going to several shops when he decided to visit another and left his one year old boy in the van. Oops. He left his remote control key in there too and the van promptly locked automatically, reported Thai Rath. Mitraphap Samakhee rescue services were called to Dungphakdee Soi 3 and had the van opened in five minutes. The drama unfolded in the heat of the day at 12.30 yesterday. Will B Good
If the aircon and engine were not running I wouldn't leave any living thing in a car/van for even a second.....never mind a child as I just 'nip' into a shop.
Popular Post toofarnorth
I can't understand how a car gets locked when the key is on the inside. My old Vios can sit all day with the key in the ignition , it only locks if the key pad is pressed. whether the key is on the inside or out. If , say the key falls out of my pocket on to the floor of the car ...nothing happens.
bdenner
I can only suggest he left the remote with the child to play with???? As above it cannot happen in our near new Honda.

There is a faster option but that entails buying a new window.
