webfact
by Na-ark Rojanasuvan BANGKOK (NNT) - The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will unveil a new television and online advertisement featuring actress Davika “Mai” Hoorne, in the hope to entice more people to engage in tourism activities. The new ad is scheduled to make its debut online on April 12th and on TV the following day. Governor Yuthasak singled out the administration’s “We Travel Together” and 50-50 Copay program as major contributors to the jump in the number of local tourists. The TAT projected about 22.98 million Thais will take on tourism trips in the second quarter, a leap of 210% year on year, generating about 105.2 billion baht of revenue, an increase of 205% from the same period of 2021. -- © Copyright NNT 2022-04-08 - Aetna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Stargeezr
I thought that High Season was the Northern Hemispheres Winter months, November to March. It certainly is not April, hot hot month or rainy May, June and July, which as well, May to September are nice months almost every where in the Northern hemisphere. The next High season will be important for most tourist destination countries. So I hope that COVID is endemic by October, and Thailand has gotten rid of their present money costing, and risky rules and restrictions. Get rid of the Pass, and the testing after arriving in Thailand, unless they want to give out the rapid tests for free, We will see just how badly they want to have a successful tourist season from October 2022.
