Ok, so built house in 2006. Can’t find builder and have losr house plans. Still have chanote, blue books etc but where the hell the plans have gone !!  
 

we have a buyer. 
 

Any ideas where to get some? Can we send the lawyers down the Orbitor with a fat wallet ?

Any idea who was the architect? Try there.

If you went through the official planning process the planning department where you applied "should" have copies. 

 

No need for a lawyer just a Thai speaker, shouldn't even cost too mutt.

 

Of course some, er, "lubrication", may be needed to get the gears moving.
