I will soon receive the MFA authorisation and need to pick one embassy to apply to in one of Thailand neighboring countries. Was thinking Cambodia. No info provided on their website????. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/16.FOR-OFFICIAL-GOVERNMENT-DUTIES-NON-F.pdf If on a visa exempt or tourist visa entry you could apply at immigration.
