webfact
Siam Rath reported on a post by a group called "Strong" who are active in exposing corruption in the south of Thailand. Strong said that evidentiary items were always going missing from police stations and often involve vehicles and their parts that are sold off to make money. However in this case it involves a gun and ammunition that was central to a case against a man in June 2020. The case was settled last year with the man fined 4,000 baht for having an illegal weapon and related offences. On January 23rd of this year the man went to Thung Yai police station to get his 9mm CZ and ammunition and holder but was told they didn't have it. When he said he wanted to press charges against the police they were evasive and said they would only file a daily report. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2023-01-30 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. Bert got kinky
A missing gun, eh? Sound like a plot line from a movie involving rogue policemen.
ezzra
Nothing, but nothing that is being said or will be said about the RTP is NOT surprising, not even the 'Trust us' bit...
Popular Post edwinchester
'...man fined 4,000 baht for having an illegal weapon and related offences.' Which begs the question did he really expect to be able to retrieve an illegally held weapon? 1
