A fire believed to have been caused by a short circuit destroyed a construction camp near Pattaya on Wednesday, August 16th. Nobody was hurt, according to authorities.

At 10:30 PM, three fire engines were dispatched to the incident scene located in the Banglamung district, Chonburi province. Upon arrival, firefighters found a fierce blaze engulfing a wooden structure that was later found to be an uninhabited construction camp.

The fire personnel quickly sprayed water to prevent the flames from spreading to nearby areas. It took approximately 20 minutes to bring the fire under control. No injuries or casualties were reported. The structure, however, was totally destroyed as the authorities said.
