If enabled, you will be automatically logged in again when you visit

I keep clicking "Yes" , but it keeps ignoring me....

It probably rembers you with a cookie on your machine. If you do not allow cookies, delete all you cookies or swap amchines a lot, it can't remember you. Check your IE/Netscape/etc settings.

Thanks for the tip, it pointed me in the right direction.

All the IE settings were correctly set. I managed to get around the problem by deleting all the cookies.

So maybe there was some corruption in a cookie that prevented it from working correctly.
