Like his beloved clown master this goon wants to insist it's just an excursion. I recently took some excursions, two to America, one to Laos, and one to Italy, and for some reason I did not inflict that much damage while I was there. As far as I know no women and children died as a result of my presence. I guess other American excursions are different.
