Shared is cheaper but your actual speed drops if your neighbours start downloading. Do they have the same option in Thailand. Also, what are the available speed of ADSL (and price) for Pattaya and Bangkok? (I'm assuming the prices and perhaps available speeds are different). Do they have ADSL in Issan? I think nearly on UK in shareing speed upon speed choosed and traffic time. anyway they will garanty for 80 % of speed as choosed.and adsl in BMA area now is lowest price, for example 1 M = 599 baht/month unlimited using hr. And then for 599 Baht what can we really expect.... I have to say I'm a bit jealous if I'm in Japan or Europe and I see the speed they have...
