I've only seen that phrase used in vampire movies. It's a strange phrase to use, probably some weird leftist thing to say along with St George being Turkish in some strange attempt to diminish the English. So I presume that in your world no-one is ethnically from anywhere then? There are no ethnic Nigerians, Japanese, Chinese, Argentinians etc? Since no country on the planet will (in your bonkers words) be 100% pure bloods then you must think that every country is basically made up of mongrels, and no-one on the planet can claim a heritage from any country? Jude Bellingham has mixed parents. His mother is Jamaican, has father is white British. The term is mixed race (not half blood or some other ridiculous term you want to use). He is part Jamaican and part English. Do you deny him his Jamaican heritage? Do you deny his mother her Jamaican heritage? Why would you do that? Is it because you see it as a lesser heritage in your mind and he should be allowed the "superior" English one. That does come across as racist actually.
