Has anyone else been unable in the last few hours to withdraw cash using the BBL app? I even tried an SCB ATM and it said to contact my branch.

The ATM card worked fine though.

They freeze the app if they want documentation from you

Cardless withdrawal appears to be working again, so maybe it was a technically glitch.
