Trump Turns Televangelist Channeling Jerry Falwell

Featured Replies

Many similarities between the "Reverend" Jerry Falwell and Donald Trump. Both had fake universities. Both seemed to have broken a couple of the Seven Deadlies, especially Gluttony. Neither followed the actual teachings of their supposed lord Jesus, as detailed in Matthew 25 or the Sermon on the Mount.

Trump and his handlers have taken things one step farther with their new appeal to the Christian Nationalist Movement, who are also folks who use Jesus as a prop, while abhorring everything Jesus supposedly taught, like humility, caring for the poor, welcoming the stranger and other "woke" attributes.

Here is Trump's desperate new appeal for cash in the hopes money can turn the midterms in his favor. This email was sent to those on Trump's list of supporters.

Dig deep, MAGAs. Dig deep.

Well there are some similarities as far as political exploitatiion but I'm not buying it overall.

I'm sure Falwell was actually a believer.

Trump only believes in Trump.

Trump's university was a literal criminal scam.

Liberty University is accredited.

When you are losing in Politics ,turn to the Religious right ,in desperation .
