Nok Air

Hi

I recently purchased several flights with nok air no problems

but when i go to their web site to select seats for these flights

they all come up as unavailable. Anyone got any Ideas on this?

Hmmm, I had same problem, or at least similar, when I booked seat to C. Mai and back last month.  The www site didn't say no seats available, I just couldn't get that portion of the site to come up.

Solution?  I stopped by their office at DMK and asked the pretty gal there to give me the seats.  She did, and they were on record when we checked in a week later.

Perhaps just a glitch in their software?

Same happened to me, but the seats didnt open up until it was under 90days.

I ever booked with them,everything was good.I surprised about food & beverage for sale only.

I can selected number of seat within 6 hrs check in time but I selected them before 6 hrs.

If it show "not available",maybe it has been selected by someone already,or you can call to nok air call center.

Ask them what do u want to know.

i just made a booking today, chose the seat and all was ok.

Same happened to me, but the seats didnt open up until it was under 90days.

This could be the reason as when i book, usually within a couple of weeks of flying, the travel agent reserves the seat for me, there and then.

Incidently for my money Nok Air are very professional and extremely good value for the price.

I have booked on line and paid at 7-11, and then selected seats without any problem. But I have found that if you book or change the booking via their call centre, then you cannot select the seats.

I have found then to be very friendly and efficient even if, like many other low cost carriers, they charge for drinks and snacks. I have often wondered why on such a short flight it is neccessary to eat and drink anyway, though I always do.
