asiaworld Posted November 7, 2007 Share Posted November 7, 2007 i thought the rainy season is officially over, so extremely unlikely to have any remains of flooding left.. As for the border, cannot vouch, but 99% open, because being one of 2 main borders, if it gets closed, you'll know it from the newspapers..
