Yellow Tabian Baan

Do they give you one automatically if you purchase a condo? What about if you are married and would like to "move on your wife's tabian baan?"

Perhaps the ones who have one could share their experiences?

I would be interested to know too... My situation is a bit different... My Thai Partner and I have just finished the purchase of a new condo (We are both male)... The Transfer documents and registration has both of us listed as the owners... I assume he could get a BLUE one (But he has another properties in BKK where he is listed there so he has no need to change) I assume I can be issued a Yellow Tabian Baan... I would be interested in how this is done in Bangkok as apposed to a small town (which has been discussed here)
