Checking Townhouse Structure

Hi

We are looking at buying a townhouse which is essentially a derelict 10 year old shell (courtesy 1997 crash). However we think there may be some good in the thing but we want to get it checked out by an engineer (or whoever it is who does these things) to make sure everything is sound etc...

Does anyone have any recommendations?
