Our Client is a well recognized jewelry manufacturer appreciated in the export market for its innovative and creative designs. 100% of their production is exported. With their rapid expansion, especially in the retail market in the US and Europe, they are now seeking a highly effective and result oriented International Sales Manager with exceptional energy, commitment, service mind and passion.

Lacation: Bangkok

Report to: General Manager (Expat)

Responsibilities:

Ø Together with the General Manager and Marketing Manager develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Strategy on agreed priority markets.

Ø Assume sales and business growth responsibility.

Ø Establish deep and preferred relationships with the Company's present customer base.

Ø Seek new customers, introduce and promote new designs / products.

Ø Continuously follow market trends and developments, analyze and specify consumer target markets

Ø Manage database for customer relationship sales & marketing.

Ø Manage and lead Customer Service Team.

Ø Travel extensively throughout the US and Europe.

Qualifications:

Ø Any nationality with extensive international experience and perspective in Jewelry business

Ø Proven track record in sales to the retail sector, preferably in the US and European markets

Ø Strong Management skill

Ø Entrepreneurial with a drive to succeed

Ø Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to open doors and gain trust from new acquaintances

Ø Extrovert with outstanding social competence, communication and motivation skills

Ø Ability and willingness to travel overseas

Ø Excellent command of English
