What's your location?

Many upscale supermarkets (Paragon, Central) have huge deli sections; have seen corned beef and pastrami widely available, along with excellent baked goods (bulkies, rye load, baguettes, etc.) so relatively easy to assemble at home (microwave/broil meat if required). I like to top (pastrami: seasoned, smoked corned beef) with onion, mustard and Havarti.

Hi,

the beef is being "corned" at the moment and will be ready Friday - as of Saturday the 30th August it will be available at the Bistro Eurogourmet and at ChefXP

Also be baking the Rye bread on Friday - Dijon Mustard - Sauerkraut - lots of corned Beef - lots of molten Emmental Cheese - a Gourmet's delight :o

Yes, but they are not "real" New York Deli Style, IMO.

Hmmm, there are four active threads going on now relating to corned beef and Reuben Sandwiches.

Maybe Thailand can now support a "real" New York Kosher Style Deli.

For those of you who don't know or have never been, there are no words I can use to describe a New York Style Deli, whether it be Kosher style, Italian style, Mediterranean style, etc.
