On Sunday night Sawang Boriboon Rescue volunteers were called to an apartment complex in Central Pattaya where they were asked to rescue a pair of cats, a mother and her kitten, which had somehow become stuck on a ledge towards the bottom of a deep concrete water tank. The rescue workers fashioned a wire noose and after quickly snaring the mother and bringing her to the surface they began trying to do the same with the young kitten. It took the rescue workers nearly 40 minutes to achieve their goal with the small pussy as it was a really tight fit, but eventually the kitten was lifted to the surface and re-united with its mother.
