Is mace or pepperspray legal in thailand?

My girlfriend have been having some trouble at work, strange people calling at night and saying strange things. Working at a hospital reception is a good way of meeting psyco people.

So I want my girlfriend to have mace or pepperspray. But is it legal? (please refere to the law)

And where can I get it if its legal?

Is there other methods of non violent selfdefence? Soundalarm(we have it here in sweden)?

I'm not sure about the legal aspect of it but I carry pepperspray, these days you never know. But it was bought from the US, although I have seen some of the merchandise sold at night markets, can't remember where now but I think ur best bet would be purchasing them from abroad or try online ordering. Good luck and sorry to hear about the psychos, they're not just at the hospital reception btw!

I must add that the stun guns really work ..zaap

My friend and I tried them out on ourselves....Another friend put the flashlight/stungun in his pocket without the safety and shot halfway across the room as he was reaching for his keys in his pocket.....
