Anyway, if you rent, just rent for one month, if you dont like you move to a better place. No reason to pay 6 months in advance, plenty of choice. I agree to pay 1 mo. at a time til you find a place you're comfortable with, but keep the realtors OUT of it, as claudefeller says; There is Plenty of choice in all price ranges.
