I was cleaning the mini pot palms on our top floor today and i found these small mollucus on the underneath of a leaf, after i took the pic, i squashed some with a finger, they were slighty squishy and never moved, [like a small snail would] so advice on wether these are good or bad for the plants is indeed apreciated, and the proper name for the plant also if posible,

The palm is called a "Mak lueang" or "Areca Palm" / chrysalidcarpus lutescens. I have heard it called a "butterfly palm' or "golden cane palm" also.

I dont know what kind of eggs those are, I'd do as you did, smash them.
