Yes, an interesting variation and as per usual, the law enforcement agencies will do very little about it. Even reporters, with their limited resources, have been able to track these scammers down. It's about time that something is done to close these mongrels down permanently.

If this was TRUE, you only need to go to any bank teller and withdraw your $5K. You have the card # and Pin Number.
