I never write nonsense, You obviously know nothing about nutrition, and may never have ever read much on it. I have daily for 50 plus years, and staying healthy and strong all my life has proven it. I have given diet advice to thousands while training and working out, and they all benefited from it. That comes from a person that does his homework, and not one who assumes , thinking they know nutrition from reading a few articles from others opinions. You have to put in the time to know any particular subject. Not skim. -

SSO Medical Plan v’s the Public Health System
With SSO, you choose one hospital as your hospital. You get a list to pick one. Many are full, so the choice may be limited. But there are many good private hospitals on these lists, like Camillian, Vejthani, Yanhee. You won't get the same service as a private patient, but it's much preferable to many government hospitals. The problem is really availability. Dental coverage is as described above. If you can get in, SSO is by far the best investment you can make in Thailand. You can keep it lifelong, even after employment (may need to convince SSO staff that even a foreigner can stay, there are threads about this) -

That's interesting. We have tried both an 'open house policy', windows and doors open, open to the veranda all day. but for the past 4 years, we have operated a 'closed house policy'. windows and doors firmly closed and house in aircon. We much prefer the closed house as no bugs, no flying things, no walking things and a cool place to live in. Personal choice I guess, but I prefer the separation from the outside, hot environment , until I choose to engage it. Dogs prefer it too. -

you are indeed too late, might as well wait for the rejection notice though seeing as you have a report pending in the online system As was correctly stated you have until 7 days AFTER the due date to file a report in person (without getting a failure to file on time fine of 2000baht) -

Mine's over taxed (though less than UK/EU, I think), along with just silly ass priced healthcare. At least you get something for you taxes, if you can get seen. I really can't see any Yanks heading back to the 'Mother Land', especially if been here a while, as cost to get started on govt healthcare is silly, and doesn't cover much, or not until you spent $10k of you own already Another SEA country, I don't would appeal to me. Leaves Mexico or S. America. Actually, if not for the hurricane season, Cuba would be a nice option, or Puerto Rico, as would a lot of the Caribbean island. But why I scratched those to begin with. Africa, E. Asia ... don't think so. Doesn't leave much. Old Eastern Block/W. EU ... a bit too turbulent, maybe now & in the future, Besides part of or joining the EU ... NO THANKS -

You keep saying the same things, and are still wrong. Pizza is not unhealthy if you go to a place that makes it healthy. New York style pizza is a style, and thousands of places make it, and some are healthy, some aren't. You do not know nutrition, as your replies have shown. A person can make his own food, at home, or go to restaurants that cook healthy, instead of going to places that don't. I make Lasagne, with Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Ricotta cheese, part skim. I use good sauces, those I've known for many years and have yes, read the labels, or I make my own. I use Ronzoni or Barilla noodles, ground chicken and chicken sausage. Very healthy. If I want more flavor, I will use real Italian sausage and ground sirloin. Still not too heavy, and mostly healthy ingredients. I didn't say deep fried is healthy, so I'm guessing, like many, you skim over what people write, looking for things that don't match your opinions. Doesn't work, and isn't here. -

It's like "socialist", "woke", "liberal" etc etc. People who use these terms to insult have no idea what they're talking about. It's just hard right rubbish. -

Am I too late for online 90 day report?
Actually since the last change to the 90 day online system you have from 2 weeks BEFORE the due date until 1 week BEFORE the due date to file 90 day report online. Many MANY people have been rejected because they mistakenly thought they could apply online up until the due date (which you used to be able to do BUT can't do anymore) Here's how it works ONLINE REPORTING <- from 2 weeks before down until 1 week before IN PERSON REPORTING <- from 2 weeks before down until 1 week AFTER the due date After that you get a 2000baht fine. AND before you ask, NO filing online but having a report still in pending status does not count for anything 😮 , If you run 7 days past your due date you will get the fine when you go to do the 90 day report
