If memory serves me right, there's a PO between Sukhumvit Soi 4 and Soi 6 (not to be confused with Soi 3 and Soi 5 which are on the opposite side of the road). A nice lady used to sell DVDs on the corner of Soi 4, however the obscure stuff may be out of her reach. If you are looking for something obscure, don't be cheap... look through Amazon.com's selection or other similar site.
