Do we need: Sleeping bags. What's the sleeping like? Are mosquitos an issue? jdinasia Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 DEET (100% for clothes and 20% for body) Hiking shoes (I use boots that provide good ankle support) skip the pills (side effects can be horrendous) most of the rest depends upon the trekking agency you use (I also always carry electrolyte powder ... and stomach meds) I am sure you can find good advice from Lonely Planet for trekking Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
