Nongwahyay
May I ask why you would want such bread??? Isn´t gluten a mixture of plant proteins occurring naturally in cereal grains?? Why would one want to remove them???
jyckowitz
I have celiaki. That mean I can´t eat any grain exept really clean out. Gluten is a naturally protein i grain. If I have some, just a dust of gluten in my food, I can fall into coma. Othervise I get so sick I vomit for days and get a very bad diorrhea and this makes me loose lots of weight, and I´m already skinny. May I ask why you would want such bread???
