engrin
My wife wants to buy some land that has a pink "jap jong". I said that we/the owner should have a chanote made before we buy it because I have never heard of a "jap jong" My wife says that all the land in that area does not have chanotes. She said that everyone would have to make chanotes for the entire land even though the land is separated and the families who live there have "jap jongs". They are saying it will take 2 years before a chanote can be made. I have never heard of a "jap jong". Is it safe? Guaranteed? Where should we go from here to protect ourselves and the land?
