aussieguy130
Has anyone flown in to Samui in the last day or 2? Any problems getting in there or at the airport on Samui? Booked to fly in to Bangkok on Sunday 7 December from Singapore, just thinking Samui direct may be a better option. Any recent experience would be appreciated. SamuiNewsDesk
Samui airport remains in use. Bangkok airport likely starts preparing to open after 4th of December but according to the Suvarnaburi airport management it will take week before they can start to operate normally. All means to use other airports are pretty much in use so flights have been diverted around Thailand. To get back in normal use its getting close to high season. First thing however is to get stranded people back in to their respective home countries.
