Yeah you'l need lots of chillies and it aint eazy to find unripe green pappaya. well it aint eazy around here in north wales. Its all going yellow by the time it hits the shelves. Yeah come on you marchers. Us aprilers need you all done soon lol........ Good luck to you all

little tip for all your partners new to the UK, the best chillies my husband has found in the past 5 years here are the green finger chillies from tescos. He said they are hotter than any chillies he has ever had in Thailand & now wont even buy the red chillies from wing yip (shipped from Thailand) cause he says they aren't as good.

wing yip in manchester is really good for asian foods & spices but there papaya is ripe already too. Where do you guys get green papaya from?

BTW, do you reckon the honchos from the Embassy ever look at this thread? I would, cheap customer research. Anyhows, I've pencilled in me n Mrs to go to Warwick Thai festival on the 19th July.......ages away!
