thailife69
I am interested to see what others might be paying for their Condo Common Fee Rate in Bangkok as mine is likely to increase soon? Currently paying 15 Baht per square meter.

trogers
Much depends on density of sales area to land area, and high rise and low rise (8 floors vs 45 to 60 floors). Rule of thumb - the higher the density, the lower the rate, and the higher the building, the higher the rate. Example - 25 rai with 600 units in 6-storey buildings can be managed with just Bt18/m2. And 200 units in a 30+ storey building on 2 rai of land may need Bt25/m2. Edited May 18, 2009 by trogers

mark5335
I'm paying 43 baht per sq.m for my condo in Soi 31 (24 storey, less than 2 years old). For an older beach front condo in Hua Hin I'm paying 30 baht, and for a brand new low rise condo in Soi 8 I'm paying 50 baht. I did a survey of common fee charges for new condo's last year in Central Bangkok and found that the average rate came in at 40 baht. For condo's managed by Plus Property (they manage 2 of my condos) the common charge fee was not less than 40 baht in most cases.
