I am currently renting a sea view 1br condo at VT6, central pattaya, (next to central festival), on the baht bus route.. Would like to purchase for the pro's listed in related post (investment for possible rental, retirement, sell in future for gain, etc.) About the con's listed in post (worry of empty units, dull market due to current world economy) - can Bangkok be a comparable stronger investment (because more business and farang come to bkk at this time than Pattaya?.. and is there available at this time for reasonable prices as Pattaya?
