Jestersee
Hi I am getting a really poor connection at times recently with True Move. Is there a service telephone number I can call where they check the line connection from the service center? If anyone know drop me a reply please. Thanks

webfact
Not only with True. This is a well known issue and you won't be able to change that. Most of us "suffer" when it rains

mca
I always thought True's slogan should be "TRUE-With You Till The First Crack of Thunder"
PaulDee
HiI am getting a really poor connection at times recently with True Move. Is there a service telephone number I can call where they check the line connection from the service center? If anyone know drop me a reply please. Thanks Jester-- I don't know where you are, but I've ALWAYS gotten an immediate response from the TrueMove office in Pattaya (038 727 727). They check their equipment right away and send people to my building within hours. The Pattaya crew probably won't provide you with such quick service if you live in Udon , so better check your billing statement for a local number to call. You could ask the telephone tech to sort out your phone lines, in our case ToT and True did our whole sub-soi for free.
