bauhaus
Hello to everybody. I hope I am posting this in the right section! We have bought a villa in Koh Samui which will be completed soon. Hoping to rent it although we understand the rental market is quite depressed at present. It would make sense to have a bank account in THB, where to deposit money and from where to withdraw money to pay ongoing expenses. Is it possible for non-Thai nationals not residing in Thailand to open a Bank Account in the country?
britmaveric
Yes - just go to a bank with your passport. Kasikorn is most friendly. Only issue a savings account though.
