The Pride Condominium - Pattaya

Hi All

I recently viewed some of the condos on sale at The Pride Condominium - Pattaya

For those unfamiliar with the development - it is the apartment block on Soi 15 overlooking the car park in "the Avenue" shopping centre

I was very impressed with the finish of both the apartments and the common areas

I also like the developments central location

Just wondering what other people thought of this development?

It would appear to me that there are a huge number of unoccupied units (maybe all of them!)

I had a look at them and thought they were too small and poor value per m2.

Not one of the units has a decent view, you are either looking at the carpark or the electricity transformers. Great location but they could have done a better job with the design.
